Next generation of event app debuts at Loyalty Expo 2017; Stellar Loyalty CMO Narina Sippy to moderate panel on Customer Loyalty in Travel & Entertainment
FOSTER CITY, CA – April 28, 2017 – Stellar Loyalty, Inc., the consumer relationship company with a mobile-best SaaS loyalty solution, and Loyalty360, the association for customer loyalty, today announced a newly enhanced “event engagement” mobile app for the upcoming Loyalty Expo 2017 conference in Orlando from May 2-4. The new app, which builds on an earlier version introduced last December at the 2016 Engagement & Experience Expo, takes real-time mobile engagement to the next level. Together, Loyalty360 and Stellar Loyalty aspire to show Loyalty Expo attendees the impact of blending digital and physical experiences; sharing in real-time best practices on loyalty, engagement and relevant in-the-moment interaction.
From increasing peer-to-peer networking, delivering real-time news and push notifications, and fostering collaboration and feedback, the updated Loyalty Expo event app provides sponsors and exhibitors with new and deeper opportunities to engage with attendees. One key enhancement at next week’s event is the “Scan” feature, which digitizes the Expo’s “Passport to Prizes” contest. Participating exhibitors will have a Passport to Prizes image at their booth, and attendees can easily scan the image from their event app – serving as a stamp on their virtual passports. Once an attendee’s passport has been completely stamped, he/she will be automatically entered in the Prize sweepstakes contest.
Another important addition is the digital voting for the 2017 Loyalty Awards. The app will make the voting survey available to an attendee only after they have scanned and entered the Loyalty Awards finalist session. In this way, Loyalty360 can be assured attendees are voting only after they have personally heard and compared the award finalists.
